- 5 / 5By James RossellWe were staying for 2 nights whilst on a course nearby in Loughborough. The manager and staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. They took our food order and served us past 10pm on the Friday night. They put breakfast outside our room for early starts and were just generally really helpful and friendly. Special mention to the manager Gavin and his team. Also the food was really nice, well portioned and reasonable prices.

- 5 / 5By Louise JordanExcellent, interested and accommodating staff. They were willing to hold late dinner when we pre ordered as were going to miss the kitchen close time. Likewise, breakfast starts at 9am, however they were happy to provide a continental breakfast outside the bedroom door ready for our early start. Nothing feels too much to ask. The rooms are clean and comfortable with tea/coffee and biscuit provided, although the bathrooms are on the smaller side. All in all I'm very happy with my experience. Wonderful staff made this stay particularly enjoyable.June 29, 2016
